Online purchases made through ISLANDLIFESTAUGUSTINE.COM are valid for exchange or store credit within 30 days from the ship date. No Cash or Credit Card Refunds. Items can be returned directly to the store or mailed to the store at Island Life, 105 A1A Beach Blvd, St. Augustine, Fl, 32080. A copy of your original receipt must be placed in the return mail package with full name, address & phone number. The return must be postmark with date not to exceed 30 days from the ship date.
Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with all tags attached. Jewelry, Bike Accessories, Scarves & Clothing must be in its original packaging with original tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please email us a photo of the item, shipping invoice and explanation for needing to return. (Email Address: firstname.lastname@example.org) If item was damaged or defective or sent in error we will send a return approval form allowing you to return the merchandise to our store address above within 30 days from the ship date. We will refund the entire amount including shipping if a copy of the original receipt is included. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note: only standard carrier services will be refunded.
Items with incorrect size or returned due to color will not be refunded but can be exchanged for other item or size or store credit. No cash or credit card refunds or refunds on shipping of these items.
